Meredith Greene
Principal and CEO, Socius Amica

Meredith has two decades of experience in the transportation industry with a primary focus on public transportation, coordination, and mobility management. She currently operates her independent consulting practice, Socius Amica, as Principal and CEO, specializing in rural and small urban transit planning, coordinated human service planning, mobility management, and a variety of trainings for transit providers and mobility management practitioners.

Michael Koch
Principal and CEO, Compass Transit

Michael Koch is a transit planning professional with over a decade of experience helping rural, resort, and small urban communities build and improve transit systems. As Transit Manager for the Town of Winter Park, he built The Lift, an award-winning transit system, from the ground up, and later led the design, construction, and commissioning of the town's $23 million transit facility.


Today, through Compass Transit Consulting, Michael specializes in service and system planning, facility programming and pre-construction, federal and state transit compliance, and grant administration. He has supported transit agencies across the Mountain West with technical assistance, specialized transportation planning, and stakeholder collaboration, bringing a practical, on-the-ground understanding of what it takes to bring transit solutions to life.

Lauren Cochran
President of Cochran Transit Consulting

Lauren Cochran is a transportation leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She specializes in data-driven decision-making, public-private partnerships, grant funding, proposal development, and implementing innovative transportation solutions. Known for building strong relationships and delivering measurable results, Lauren combines strategic leadership with operational expertise to help organizations advance mobility initiatives and achieve lasting success. She s a graduate of Leadership APTA.

Lindsey Teel
Founder of Pathlight Mobility Advisors

Lindsey Teel is a transportation policy and accessibility expert with more than a decade of experience advancing inclusive mobility. A former Presidential appointee at the U.S. Department of Transportation and Associate Research Scientist at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, she has led nationally significant work in accessible transportation, ADA paratransit, stakeholder engagement, and transportation research. Her experience spans federal agencies, state DOTs, transit providers, and research institutions, helping bridge policy, research, and implementation to deliver practical, community-focused transportation solutions.

Kevin Ottem

Kevin has over three decades of experience writing and laying out print and digital materials that say what they need to say, with simplicity and elegance. He shepherds content for a wide array of materials, from graphic executive summaries and briefing books, to long technical documents, websites, rider surveys, project logos, and customized flyers, posters, and other branded project collateral.

Shawna is a detail-oriented research associate, putting passion and consistency into the research and writing projects she tackles. She brings her inherently curious nature to Socius Amica, along with multiple years in staff management and event organization.

Judey is a marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting transportation, healthcare, nonprofit, and higher education organizations. Founder and Principal of 33° North Creative, she specializes in strategic communications, brand development, multilingual outreach, and creative project management. A former marketing leader at CapMetro in Austin, Judey brings extensive experience developing transit communications, public outreach campaigns, wayfinding materials, and event communications that help agencies effectively connect with the communities they serve.
